In wake of the rise in crime against women, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna has suggested a rather odd solution, that women should avoid doing night shifts. Bahuguna said that women should not work late night. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) slammed Bahuguna for the remark stating that Congress Chief Sonia Gandhi should look into the matter and pull up Bahuguna for making such a remark.
