Commenting on Congress chief Sonia Gandhi's statement that rapes are taking place not only in Haryana but other States as well, Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev said that if her daughter was raped then she would have realized the actuality of her statement. Gandhi, during her visit to Haryana, had made the statement after meeting the kin of a minor rape victim, who succumbed to severe burn injuries after setting herself on fire. Hitting back at the Yoga Guru, Minister of State for Agriculture and Parliamentary Affairs, Harish Rawat said that Ramdev's comment was regrettable.
