Planning Commission outlay for J & K
The Planning Commission has finalized the annual plan outlay for the development of Jammu and Kashmir for the year 2012-13 to the tune of around Rs. 8000 crores. It approved the state annual plan of Rs. 7,300 crores, an increase of ten percent in the fiscal outlay vis-�-vis the previous year's plan. Deputy Chairman of the Planning Commission Montek Singh Ahluwalia reported this after a meeting with Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in New Delhi.
