Kumble to head ICC's technical committee
Former cricketer Anil Kumble has been appointed as the new Chairman of the International Cricket Council's Technical Committee after the unanimous agreement of the ICC board at a meeting in Colombo. BCCI Vice President Rajiv Shukla said that he was very capable of doing justice to such a huge responsibility. Kumble would be the second Indian to head the committee after Sunil Gavaskar.
