Rani Mukerji: 'Every girl should be sent for martial arts training'
Actress Rani Mukerji, who learned the Israeli martial art Krav Maga for her upcoming film Mardaani, seems to have turned a big supporter of martial arts training for women. At the Mardaani anthem launch event recently, Rani said, ''I feel that every girl who is born in the house should be first sent for martial arts training. She can learn singing and dancing later, but martial arts training is something that every girl should have.'' In the film, Rani plays a Crime Branch cop on the trail of a ruthless kingpin of a sex trade. the film, directed by Pradeep Sarkar, is slated to release on August 22.
